Abstract

Reflective practice on teaching law is crucial improving effective teaching and learning outcomes. Cognitive science proves the truism that practice is the key to competence. Exercises can be a good driver in inculcating doctrine, skills and values to students. Law teacher can deepen the truism by using exercises and designing learning text that interrogates the trend. Importantly, this contract law teaching pedagogy can be replicated for all law modular subjects to improve students learning.
